1- Choose a 4 to 5 pound turkey breast that has the skin on. This adds flavor to the recipe.
2- Thaw the turkey breast completely in the refrigerator.
3- Preheat your oven to 450°F before you are ready to put the turkey in.

Ingredients
- 1 4 pound boneless turkey breast
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1- Preheat oven to 450°F and add oil a medium to large skillet.
2- Put the turkey breast into a medium or large skillet. Brush with melted butter then add the salt, pepper, and paprika.
3- Roast the turkey until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. This will take between 45 minutes to an hour.
4- Remove the turkey from the oven. Cover loosely with foil and allow it to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
